Photographer, set designer, director and fashion editor. Those are some of the roles covered by Eli Russel Linnetz, before founding ERL brand. Its hallmark is represented by essential silhouettes, colors and pop features inspired by ‘90s skaters and surfers in Venice Beach mood.

Eli Russel Linnetz graduated in Screenplay at California University, always been a land of creativity. Thanks to this background Eli starts as photographer in the music scene, and quickly becoming Kanye West’s director of “Famous” and “Fade” video. As photographer he captured Kim Kardashian after the theft in Paris, giving rise to this behind-the-scene mood, next hallmark of SKIMS brand. Thanks to this YE golden circle,  Eli engages with come clothes, as bicolor sweatshirt worn by Kanye at Billboards Awards or quilt-style cape wore by A$ap Rocky at Met Gala.

Needless to say, since then his name was the talk of the town. In 2018 thanks to an agreement with Dover Street Market e-commerce, he starts to sell his own drops.

His path brings him founding ERL brand, acronym of his name. In his vision there is a desire to change the American aesthetic by using ’90s surf vibes. The collection focus is represented by sweatpants, hoodies and sweaters.

Eli is now one of the most wanted brand. Eli’s creativity is still very appreciated by fashion system. Lately he has been called by Dior as guest designer and Kim Jones’ sidekick for the “California Couture” collection.
